The King County Parks and Recreation Division is accepting applications for a Project/Program Manager II position to support six grant programs. This position is part of the Community Investments Team which includes Youth Amateur Sports Grant (YASG), Community Partnership Grants (CPG) and four new grant programs funded by King County Parks and Open Space Levy. The new four grant programs include Targeted Equity Grant, Parks Capital & Open Space Grant, Aquatics Facilities Grant, and Open Space and River Corridors Grant. 
The Community Investments Team provides over $100 million in funding for a broad range of investments for parks, recreation, and open space throughout King County. Grants and partnership opportunities include capital improvements (parks, open spaces, facilities, trails) as well as increased access to recreational facilities and programs.

We are seeking a collaborative team member who will support our Investment’s Team strategy for community outreach, events, and communications.  It is great opportunity to help connect and coordinate these specific program elements across our various grant programs. The Project/Program Manager II position will also assist in managing grants and contracts awarded to community organizations and partners.
